The "Chenghan" sludge dewatering and simultaneous drying technology adopts unique "double diaphragm" filter plate technology:

ü  The double diaphragm filter plate is made of nano-polymer material, which can withstand high temperature 120℃ without deformation, and the working pressure is up to 1.6MPa.

ü  The conventional filter press adopts the configuration of "diaphragm plate + van plate", and only uses single side pressure. The double diaphragm filter plate will press both sides of the material at the same time, and the two sides will contact. Produces twice the efficiency of conventional filtration and heat conduction, and more effectively reduces the sludge.
